A CLASSIC!!!

top 10 record in my book,and to me also the best record coming out of australia ever!

not really into the 80's aussie stuff! but the last decade or so there are some good bands

TOE TO TOE,A.V.O. (ex t2t) EAT A BRICK,EXTORTION and a bunch more

but nothing reaches the quality/intensity of these 7 tracks

bought it yrs ago for 10 bucks and thought i scored an orig cheapo,turned out it was the german repress with glossy red fold out cover GRRRRRRRRRRR

so this baby is still on my wantlist orig,i know theres a cd out also a cheapo,go get it,it has all their tracks on one disc,only bad thing is the 86 lp kinda sucks so i prefer to listen to the seperate recordings without the lp stuff

so after this one the 51 state of america demo also from '85/'86 will follow,

highy recommended if you dont know em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9 songs on this demotape from australia's HUMAN WASTE

music style is typical '86 sounding stuff,you know bands like cryptic slaughter,crumbsuckers etc had a crossover sound,this band too,althought some tracks have some mid tempo punky parts

the crossover tracks are favorite overhere : #2 push button age #7 extremes from both sides and the last #9 poison idea,3 great fast tracks,if you pick a song to check,pick one of these ;-)

cant "glue" tracks so for now this is it,when you play em in a row,you hardly hear the cuts

but seperated listening to some of the liveset tracks sucks

(this liveset is also floating around in a shitty quality on slsk etc but with the tag "live '83"

better cut,but i decided the difference in quality with my version is too big,so for your listening pleasure you should replace that crappy set if you have that one ;-) this is the correct year,footage is allover youtube but with poor sound,so go watch the vids and play the mp3's,should be married by someone/sound/clips...rambling

1st demo recording wasnt complete either,had drug fools from the '83 demo in it,but cut off that track from a 1 track version i had,quality isnt as good as the other 2 but at least its correct

track 6 and 7 are from unknow demo/reh.???????? came with the wrong tags too but all in all this is a nice document of the start of boston hardcore

i included the interview they did on a radioshow where they presented their demotape,at that time they were only 2 months together so pretty cool to listen too

ill try to dig up some old pics and interviews etc...but for now

just bought this piece of wax on grey vinyl (yeah im slow;-) after yrs of slacking/not finding it so im gonna put up mp3's here for you to annoy your neighbors.

EXCLAIM's first 7'' i believe from '99 on sound pollution records

on this 7'' & the keep things... they play ultra fast hardcore/fastcore with screaming vocals as we are used from japanese bands,REALLY RAW & GOOOOOOOD

to top it off,a good cover version of GANG GREEN's sold out...

on their later recordings (lp) the sound/production got worse and all songs sounded the same,just a pile of noise,to me this is one of the worst hc (i dont call it hardcore or music) records that came out EVER,serious,if you can listen to it,kudos and if you really enjoy this,i dont know but than your more fucked up than their recordings ha ha

but back to the 7 inches,these are a must if your are into fast music,go get it!

so this is the oldest,pretty cool...

this is one of the shows on the tour they were "banned" in SF by MRR magazine...but they played a show in a SF basement with VERBAL ABUSE & THE F' UPS,called rock against MRR

the track "blind justice" is dedicated to Timmy Yohannan (R.I.P.) coz they wrote some crap about A.F. being rascists/nazi's/fascists and stuff like that (ill look for the article as pdf file....)

just read on the A.F. websit ,MRR columnist Bruce Roehrs died two weeks ago,may he rest in peace...

his last article for MRR was about AGNOSTIC FRONT...
